This property was purchased in March 2018 to construct a 30-unit, permanent rental apartment building for single adults. Total project cost is expected to be $5.4 million and occupancy is slated for summer 2019. This building was made possible through a capital grant from the Government of Alberta, the generous commitment of philanthropic donors, including Visionary donor and builder, Jayman BUILT through the RESOLVE Campaign, as well as the support of Seed Funding from Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.
