Homespace's Holiday Gingerbread
House Workshop for Children
Take Cinnamon, ginger, and molasses and add frosting, colored candies,
a generous amount of imagination... and you have the recipe
for a special family tradition - Homespace's Holiday Gingerbread
House Workshop.
In 2001, Ms. Tamera (Rose) Saddler was
a high school student, living with her parents and two year old
son, Marquis, when she learned she was pregnant. When her parents
told her she could no longer live with them, she had nowhere to
go with her young...
Homespace's
Holiday Gingerbread House Workshop for Children
It's a wonderful activity for you and your child(ren) to
experience, and a splendid way to begin the holiday season, while
helping the
families at Homespace.
Thanks
to the generosity of our sponsors, Wegmans
and Fowler's Chocolates, children can use frosting,
candies and their imaginations to decorate a pre-assembled
gingerbread
house and create their own holiday masterpiece.
