After years of planning and the tireless efforts of many, Second
Chance Home will become a reality and will officially open to help
assist homeless teenage mothers, ages 14-17, and their children.
At age 17, while living with her cousins
and infant son Nakosi, Ms. Karolyn Cook lacked direction and she
knew she wanted more for herself and her son. When her cousins
asked her to leave their home, she turned to Homespace and her
life began to turn around in very positive ways...
Friday September 30, 2005 at
11 AM, and the facility will be open for tours through 3 PM.
