| Summary of Job Duties: |
Responsible for
maintaining a safe, secure and nurturing environment for families
residing in foster care group home. Supervises activity of
daily living. Completes daily activity log. Insures that the
rights and dignity of each resident is respected at all times.
Prevents losses and damages by reducing and identifying potential
risks. Manage crises situation. Insures that all aspects of
program activity is implemented with each family. Accompanies
families on field trips and other outings. |
| Status: |
Full and part-time evenings, nights,
week ends and on-call. Eight hour shifts. |
| Qualifications: |
Associates Degree in Early Childhood
Education or Human Services; High School diploma or equivalent.
Evidence of commitment, sensitivity, and flexibility to work
with adolescent parents. Must be able to pass police security
check; drug screening; and New York State Central Registry clearance. |

$7.50 - $10 per hour |
